Individualised Learning Path
No two children learn in the exact same way — and at Gita, they don't have to.
Overview
Individualised Learning Path
At Gita School, we recognise that every child possesses a unique learning style, pace, and set of interests. Rather than enforcing a rigid, one-size-fits-all instruction model, we implement Individualised Learning Paths (ILPs) for our students.
Our teachers assess each child's baseline strengths and cognitive patterns during their initial months. Based on these observations, we customise goals and pacing for core subjects like Mathematics, English, and Science — allowing quick learners to advance while ensuring children who need extra guidance receive focused, patient support.
This personalised attention helps children build confidence and master foundational skills thoroughly, preventing gaps in knowledge and fostering a lifelong sense of competence and agency.
“Education is not a race to a common finish line. It is a guided journey to unlock each child's unique potential.”
