Faculty Training Programme
The quality of a school is ultimately the quality of its teachers.
Overview
Faculty Training Programme
Gita School's Faculty Training Programme (FTP) is our formal, ongoing commitment to ensuring that every educator in our school is not just qualified — but continuously growing. We invest significantly in the professional development of our teaching staff because we understand one fundamental truth: the quality of a school is only ever as good as the quality of its teachers.
Our FTP encompasses regular workshops on the CBSE curriculum framework, NCERT pedagogical methods, and NEP 2020 implementation strategies — including training in competency-based teaching, activity-based and inquiry-driven pedagogical approaches, art-integrated learning, technology integration in the classroom, child psychology and learning differences, assessment design, and classroom management. Teachers also participate in peer observation, collaborative lesson planning, and reflective practice sessions.
When parents choose Gita School, they are not just choosing a curriculum — they are choosing a team of educators who are genuinely committed to their own growth, so that they can serve the growth of every child in their care.
“A teacher who stops learning has stopped teaching. At Gita School, our educators never stop.”
